Kathryn has worked for Faversham-based brewer and pub company Shepherd Neame since 2014. She has played a key role in championing the company’s sustainability initiatives in recent years, including leading the launch of its People, Pubs, Planet campaign in 2023. Before joining Shepherd Neame, she worked as a journalist for more than a decade.
