Meet our Judges: Catherine Collins, PA to the Director of Commercial Services at University of Kent

Catherine works alongside the Commercial Services and Estates senior team at the University of Kent. The team strategically manage the catering, conferencing, residential accommodation, facilities management and property portfolio for the University. Catherine has previous experience in the tourism sector as an administrator at a local museum and wedding venue and is a keen supporter of the hospitality industry.
The Taste of Kent Awards provides local food and drink providers the opportunity to celebrate their products, alongside their industry peers with the potential to secure significant new business. Whilst I would not describe myself as a ‘foodie’, I do know what I like; appearance, aroma and value for money are extremely important to me.
