The Taste of Kent Awards are a celebration of excellence in our country's thriving food scene, whether you're a producer, farmer or hospitality outlet, entering these awards gives a chance to garner recognition and reward, which is invaluable for building awareness and trust with your customers. When judging a product I'm looking for both excellence in taste, texture and aroma. But I'm also inspired by innovation, something that's got a bit of a point of difference.
