Our medium-roast Ethiopian coffee has floral notes of Jasmine and refined with white sugar sweetness. It comes from Mustefa Abakeno, a smallholder farmer in the Jimma area of Western Ethiopia. He processes his farm’s and neighbours’ coffee, which he keeps separate and dries on raised beds near his house.
