The aim of this award is to recognise the excellent customer service given by a business.

The application needs to demonstrate why you think the business deserves to be considered for this award.

The business must be:
– Based in Kent
– Using Kent products / produce in their business

The award is open to independently owned businesses (not businesses that are part of a national chain) which must be based in and operating in Kent.

Finalists will be contacted after the closing date to arrange a site visit by the judges which will take place between 13th January – 13th February 2020.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT SOMEONE FROM THE BUSINESS WILL BE AVAILABLE BETWEEN THESE DATES!

Advice to applicants: The judges are looking for detailed responses that can be measured or determined as having made improvements to the business performance or the customer experience. Links to customer feedback can be provided or any mystery customer reports can be submitted as evidence of measurement taking place.

Please include dates/details for new initiatives are being implemented to reinforce your commitment to customer service improvements.

Examples could be training initiatives, reward or loyalty schemes, environmental (internal & external) improvements, social and sustainability initiatives or investment in the business itself.
