THE TASTE OF KENT AWARDS WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE DINNER
Chicken Liver Pate
Free range chicken livers & Kentish bacon blended with sloe wine (Chickpea and Kent cobnut pate for vegetarian option).
Served with red onion marmalade & fruity croutons.
Local bread basket
A selection of seeded and sourdough breads from The Bakehouse at 124. Served with smoked Pure Kent rapeseed oil, Maldon sea salt and nasturtium butter.
Slow roasted Gloucester Old Spot pork (or Kale & Ashmore cheese crumble top pie for vegetarian option)
Served with an Goatham’s apple & vodka sauce and rich Biddenden cider gravy, roasted Morghew new potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli, mashed squash & heritage carrots
Blood Orange Tart
Classic blood orange tart made with British butter, Hinxden dairy cream and free range eggs and served with a cardamon and clove flavoured cream
