The dinner will be held on Friday March 2nd at Oakwood House Hotel , Maidstone
A Kentish sparkling wine reception from 7pm followed by a four course Kentish Dinner at 7.45pm

Starter : Seared Rye Bay scallops baked in a Kent wine velouté
on a julienne of local vegetables.
Main: Pan roasted leek wrapped Canon of Romney lamb with slowly braised
shoulder, cauliflower puree, pommes anna and rosemary and anchovy jus.
Dessert: Rhubarb and lemon curd tart served with Kent honeycomb ice cream
and blood orange syrup
